    Medical Coding Books
    On previous encounter patient BP was elevated but elevated BP was not confirmed with repeated testing. patient has family history of HTN. patient has not been DX with HTN.

    Can I use V65.5 for DX for this encounter? or what


    all responses are appreciated.
