oncology coding

    Default oncology coding
    Exam Training Packages
    patient has squamous cell carcinoma. Doctor documents Hx of melanoma. (V10.82)
    can I code both or should I code only squamous cell ?

  2. Default neoplasms
    If the squamous cell carcinoma is documented then I would code it first and then the history of the melanoma.
