Heart Card

    Medical Coding Books
    Wondering what codes to bill in 2012 for Heart Card. Codes 93012 and 93014 are deleted. In CPT 2011 we were directed to see code 93268-93272. No mention in 2012 CPT. Help

    I'm thinking that you would still use cpt's 93268-93272, as those codes were not deleted and that is what you have been directed used for the last year in place of the deleted 93012 & 93014.
