I have a question regarding medicare. What are the most common modifiers used in a PT/OT therapy setting with medicare patients? I know GP,GO and sometimes 59 are used. Are there any other modifiers that may be needed for the claims to be paid by medicare? Any feedback or advice would be appreciated! I look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Thanks,
    Christina

The only other I can think of off the top of my head is KX, for the patients that are over their cap but continue to qualify for therapy services.
