  1. Default 86003/Modifier?
    Medical Coding Books
Hello, I have a question regarding use of a Modifier for lab code 86003. This code is listed for each allergen, so if multiple allergy tests are done, is there a modifier required? Any help would be appreciated.

  2. Default
Yes, you would add modifier 59 to each additional ones billed.
