    Default preventave care and problem focused e&m

    AAPC: Back to School
    Will BCBS pay for a well visit and a problem focused visit on the same day?

    I don't know about all states but bc of mass does pay for both with mod 25 applied to the sick visit. Be sure the documentaion is there though before you bill them. Hope that helps.
