    Default Fine Needle

    AAPC: Back to School
    Hello All,
We have run into this question several times. With all different gauges of needles used in the healthcare setting, what is considered "fine needle"? There seem to be many different opinions from our providers. I am looking for a documentation supported gauge range for ultra fine, fine, etc. Can anyone help me? It would be MUCH appreciated!
