Thread: Resection of tendon

    Default Resection of tendon

    AAPC: Back to School

    Physician performed a resection of the extensor tendon, op note states : the tendon was pulled out, transeted obliquely and the the wound was irrigated. I am thinking 25109...any opinions?? thank you
