VITALS OKAY, DREW CBC & CMP FOR QUEST TO CHECK ELECTROLYTES & HGB. COUNSELED PT ON DIFFERENT FOODS TO TRY & DIFFERENT THINGS TO DRINK, VERY RELUCTANT. HUSBAND ALSO VERY ENCOURAGING, PT RESISTANT TO TIPS. WILL SCHEDULE FOR IVF & ANTIEMETICS IN AM.

    can we bill the nurse visit or just the injection and venipunture?

    You cannot bill a nurse visit for the nurse to evaluate for new problems such as feeling weak, therefore no you may not bill the 99211.
