    AAPC: Back to School
    The new orthopedic in our clinic office does not do the casting, the nurses do, however he does supervise. But wants the prefessional service charged anyway because he "surpervised" . I have never charged a professional fee before on something that a physician does not do. I really need a response on this. I don't know where else to search on this.
