    Default S/p resperatory arrest

Is there a specific code for this or do you think I should just code the resperatory arrest. Pt had pneumonia w/ asthma. Intubated and air ambulence to a larger facility. Pt was in to see her Provider and that is the dx given.

did she arrest at the visit to the physician? if so then yes
Is this an encounter following the admission for the arrest? if so then no do not code what does not exist at the time of the encounter. you could use a follow up V code.
