Post-op lumbar wound

I have a surgeon that states his procedure was "incision and debridement of infected lumbar wound". Wound debrided was 6cm deep and is infected and draining.

I am wanting to use 22015 and 11043 together. I do not show that the CCI edits will clash the two. Anyone ever billed these codes together and do you feel it would appropriately capture the full service rendered?

I would not bill both together, code 22015 includes removal of necrotic tissue and debris as well as drainage of deep abscess and/or infection.
