    Default Hypoglycemic Unawareness code

What is the correct dx code to use for a diabetic patient with Hypoglycemic Unawareness? Would it be 250.8X?

    Default manifestation

If so, how do you code the manifestation?

That I am not sure of this, I was leaning toward the 250.8 because it had Diabetic Hypoglycemia listed in the code description
