    My name is Sarah,
    Need help finding a job in Medical billing & coding or even clerical/medical secretary/administrative assit. position. I'm not certified in coding yet but will very soon. But I can't find anything they all want 1 plus exp. on it and I only have school and externship, How can I get exp. if no one hires with out exp or not enought years in it??? Can anyone can help me in this matter?

    I have gone to 6 interviews & I feel I did pretty good & left a good first impression on each one of them. I'm told the usual (we'll be making a decision soon and we will let you know sometime next week) on each of the interviews. I have yet to hear back from 5 of them the one one didn't even called me she emailed me telling me they had hired someone else for the position but they will keep my resume in file, I'm feeling discouraged and depressed. Can anyone give me any suggestions or advice in this matter???
