    Default Intra-articular fracture

    AAPC: Back to School
    Patient has a closed manipulation under fluroscopy and perctaneous pinning of left small distal articular fracture of finger with use of 0.35 kirschner wires ,.
    do i code 26756 . i work at an ASC CAN FLUROSCOPY BILL BILL WITH THIS

    yes you can use the 76000-TC and don't forget the L8699 for the k-wires
