    Medical Coding Books
    Doctor used arthrocare wand to debride patellofemoral joint. Can 29877 be used or would this be unlisted? Thanks.

    the arthrocare wand (sometimes called arthrowand) is actually the instrumentation used, the 29877 would be correct for the debridement
