    AAPC: Back to School
    How do you rate a patient when the Provider stated he's "disabled"?

    patient is rated with a comorbidity level very high.

    I don't know what you mean by "rate" a patient?
    what's that mean exactly? and why are you wanting to do it, what's it for, why's it necessary? is it for inpatient - outpatient - both?

    Are you tyring to complete a disability rating form for Workers Comp? If so, only the physician can determine that.
