    Default hydration
    Medical Coding Books
    Need help. What is the correct way to bill for this: hydration 1000 ns from 13:00-16:55 and Kytril 1000mg from 13:00-13:10. Any help is appreciated.

    From what you documented, I would code 90774 and 90761x4.
