Default DX Co-ordination of care/Driving Priviledge

    AAPC: Back to School
Here we go: I need your help out there.

The doc spends "25 minutes performing coordination of care for an elderly persons driving priviledges"

How can this be coded? Any thoughts will be helpful.

Based on the information provided, 99402/V65.49? Obviously Medicare won't pay for this...was an ABN signed?

Can code regular office visit codes if you have document to support-an additional Dx, from the database can be added on to support the OV codes.
