    AAPC: Back to School
    When this substance is packed into a spinal cage or just placed into the arthrodesis area on the spine, is it bundled into the global procedure? Having differing opinions as a consultant states it should be billed with 20930.

    CPT specifies which codes your grafting can be billed along with. I think what we need to distinguish here his allograft and autograft... Autografts are not included in the Arthrodesis as they are harvested. Allografts are included. Check out this link - hopefully it will be of some help!
