    Unhappy Medicare Billing

    AAPC: Back to School
    To All Coding Experts:
With Medicare billing..when submitted claim is pended and returned (with explanation code GB) for additional information required. The resubmitted
claim is rejected stating GB code no longer in effect.
What am I missing ? Do I need to use a code to describe resubmitted claim.
    Thank you for your assistance.

Can you provide some examples of the CPT/ICD-9 codes you're trying to bill?
