Does anyone know if an outpatient hospital is allowed to bill CMS for RN teaching on the use of a chemotherapy ambulatory pump by using CPT 99211 with modifer -26? Thank you!

Default Why would you use mod -26?

Why would you ever use mod -26 on an E/M code?

We only bill the 99211 for chemo teaching. No modifier needed.
