2025 Chapter Officer Reward ProgramWhat is the 2025 Chapter Officer Reward Program?
AAPC's Chapter Officer Reward Program is a way to give back to our amazing volunteers whose chapters are hitting all their marks!
If a chapter fulfills five core responsibilities during the 2025 calendar year, each chapter officer will be rewarded $100 to use toward AAPC goods and services.
The rewards program runs January 1 through December 31, 2025
All stated requirements must be met, according to deadlines to be eligible
Officers earn the reward together or become ineligible together — if there are issues about participation, officers are expected to work through differences and find resolution

Sponsor seven educational events
Chapters are asked to sponsor a minimum of seven educational events in the 2025 year:
Two in-person educational events
Two virtual educational events (hybrid meetings are considered virtual meetings)
Three additional educational events of your choice (in-person or virtual)
Attendance must be marked for each event to count
Events must be approved for CEUs to count
Common mistake: Not marking attendance for each event.

Provide required financial information
Upload a correct bank statement online for all twelve months of the year, by the quarterly deadline.
Bank statements must be uploaded in correct month.
Example: February bank statements must be uploaded in the February P&L even though it may not be available until March.Bank statements are due one month after the end of each quarter.
Example: 2nd quarter bank statements (April, May June) must all be uploaded by July 31.
Input the monthly income and expenses in the Profit & Loss tool for all twelve months of the year.
Income and expenses in the monthly Profit & Loss tool must match the monthly bank statement.
Common mistake: Not uploading financial documents into the correct month or on time.

Support your chapter with officers
To be eligible, your chapter must have the minimum active officer positions filled for at least 10 months of the year:
President
Vice President
Secretary/Treasurer — note the positions of secretary and treasurer may be combined into one position if necessary

Attend Officer Training
At least TWO officers must attend Officer Training.
Officer Training is held at the beginning of the new term and may be attended online or in some cases, in-person
Date of training must be included
Note: Training is required, so all officers should attend, but for the reward at least two officers must have attended at the first of 2025.

Hold elections
Elections for 2026 officers must be held in October.
Elections may be held in person or through AAPC’s election tool
Voting through email is not allowed
2026 officers must be uploaded online into the Election Verification tool by the end of November 2025
Common mistake: Not entering 2026 officers by the deadline.

Tracking progress and administration
Tracking progress:
Each chapter is responsible for tracking their own progress.
You may use this 2025 tracking sheet for convenience. AAPC maintains records and will provide the chapter their eligibility report early in 2026.
Reward administration:
Beginning April 1st, 2026 officers who qualified for the 2025 reward will see a $100 credit when logged in at aapc.com under My Account/Purchases.
You must call AAPC at 800-626-2633 and speak with a Customer Care Advocate to use the credit.
This $100 can be used for AAPC merchandise OR products or services. It cannot be used for both. If you choose to spend your $100 on our merchandise store, a code for the store will be provided when you call in, and will replace the credit on your account.
The credit has no cash value and is non-transferable.
Any unused credit must be used by April 30, 2027, or you will lose it.
