What are coding books, and what is the difference between print and eBook versions?

Coding books contain the medical codes required for your exam and for use in your medical coding and billing career. Print books are physical copies of these codes, while eBooks are digital versions.

When purchasing your exam voucher, you will be offered the option to purchase the suggested coding books at the same time. You can choose between a print copy, an eBook, or both. When scheduling your exam, you’ll also have the option to select whether you want to take the exam with a print book or an eBook.

Please note that personal printing of eBooks is not permitted. Only officially published coding manuals may be used in your exam.
