Live Remote Proctored electronic exam

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel or reschedule your Live Remote Proctored (LRP) electronic exam date/time prior to 24 hours before the start of your exam, there will be no fee.

No Shows

If you do not show up to your scheduled LRP exam OR you do not meet the requirements to take the exam, this will be considered a no-show and your exam voucher will be cancelled and a new voucher must be purchased (or a 2nd attempt used, if available) to reschedule.

Testing center electronic exam

Cancellation Policy

Electronic exams taken at a testing center can be cancelled or rescheduled for no fee if changes made are more than 15 days prior to your scheduled date. Between 15 days and 2 days in advance of the appointment, the fee is $25. The fee is paid online to Meazure Learning. Candidates cannot reschedule or cancel less than 2 days in advance.
