In this global service, the provider admits the patient to the hospital for delivery and provides intensive labor management, including fetal monitoring, use of low forceps, and episiotomy, vaginal delivery of the fetus and placenta, and inpatient and outpatient postpartum care. The patient has had a previous cesarean delivery but was able to deliver vaginally at this delivery.
