Has anyone else had any difficulty getting WC and Medicaid insurances to process trials and implants under the new APG groups effective 07/01/2021? Prior to 07/01/2021, the HCPCS with EAPG Assignment grouped 63650 into EAPG 218. Effective 07/01/2021, 63650 is now in EAPG 223. However, we haven't seen a single insurance process according to this new APG assignment...
