Challenging Documentation Concepts in the 2021 E/M Guidelines

During this panel discussion we will take a deep dive into the more challenging documentation concepts to support the 2021 E/M Guidelines for office and other outpatient services. Over the past few years, we have received multiple questions regarding the nuances for the new guidelines. In this very interactive panel session, we will cover questions we have received as well as questions from our live audience. If you are looking for answers, our panelists are here to help.

What you will learn

  • How the complexity of the condition impacts medical decision making
  • How to determine the level of risk based on treatment options
  • Understand there is not always one right answer based on a diagnosis alone
  • Tips to improve documentation
  • All attendees will receive a copy of the transcript of the Q/A after the conclusion of the event.
