Medical Coding National Conferences

AAPC's decision to host TWO national conferences has raised questions among our members. Primarily, why more than one?  Our main goal is to offer a geographically convenient location to more members. Secondly, to cover a larger selection of specialty-specific breakout sessions. In 2008, AAPC is offering two full-blown conferences (one on each coast), filled with opportunities to learn, network, and earn 17 CEUs.

Attendees at the conference will enjoy:
  1. Over 30 educational sessions (for physician office, facility and payer coding arenas)
  2. 17 CEUs (virtually all of your CEUs for the year are taken care of)
  3. Networking with hundreds of healthcare professionals from many different specialties
  4. A "Get to Know Local Chapters" event with representation from all over the country
  5. "Teach the Teacher" Classes: Classes specifically tailored for coding instructors
  6. AAPC executives, staff and National Advisory Board members anxious to meet and get feedback from members
