AAPC Policies - Shipping
Shipping Rates: AAPC shipping charges are based on standard UPS or US Postal Service mail rates (where applicable), which are based on package weight, size and distance shipped. AAPC offers UPS Ground, 3rd Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air options to all AAPC customers who place orders to be shipped to one of the 48 contiguous United States.
Hawaii and Alaska Shipments: Orders to be shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States (i.e. Alaska and Hawaii) are sent by customer’s choice of US Priority Mail*, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air. These orders are not eligible for UPS Ground or 3rd Day Select shipping. *Please note that US Priority Mail shipments do not provide order tracking during transit.
PO Boxes and APO Addresses: UPS does NOT ship to PO Boxes so a business or residential address is required. For PO Boxes the customer must select US Priority Mail, which (depending on destination and weight) will incur an additional fee. Shipments to APO (military) addresses can only be sent by US Priority Mail.
Shipping Time: Items in stock are shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Monday through Friday at 4:00 p.m. MDT.
UPS Transit Time: UPS estimates transit time by business days; one day transit time is 24 hours from the time of the shipment (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). Since UPS does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays, the actual delivery date may be different than the estimated transit time. For example: A Next Day Air order leaving the AAPC warehouse on a Friday for New York will not arrive until Monday, even though it has a one day transit time.
Express Shipping (UPS Next Day, 2nd Day Select, 3rd Day Air): Express orders are given top priority. Items that are in stock are shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Barring exceptions, express orders ship out Monday through Friday by 4:00 p.m. MDT. If an express order is placed before 12 p.m. MDT, it will ship out that same day.
Out of Stock Items: Due to availability and vendor timeframes, AAPC can provide only an estimate and cannot guarantee when out of stock items will be available.
Returns: All returns to AAPC are subject to a $5 restocking fee. Items may not be returned 30 days after the date of purchase.
