Having Trouble Using Electronic Health Records?

DOQ-IT project may be your best bet.

If you use or are thinking of using EHR, you should learn more about the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services' Doctor's Office Quality-Information Technology (DOQ-IT) project.

The aim of the DOQ-IT project is to "support the adoption and effective use of information technology" in the medical community, says CMS on its Web site. As part of this goal, DOQ-IT promotes "greater availability of high quality affordable health information technology" and provides assistance to physicians who are trying to adopt this technology.
