Chicago HHA Owner, Marketer Indicted

The feds have indicted a Chicago-area home health agency owner for kickbacks and false claims. Jacqueline Tuanqui, owner of Hexagram Home Health Care, paid kickbacks to marketers to induce the referral of Medicare beneficiaries, the Department of Justice says in a release.
