Beware HICN Glitch In ELGA/ELGH

You may not be getting your patient’s correct HICN if you use ELGA and ELGH, warns HHH MAC CGS. “ELGA and ELGH are not displaying a corrected health insurance claim number (HICN) when the beneficiary’s HICN has changed,” the MAC says on its website.
