Equity Firm Buys Chain

NexPhase Capital has acquired private duty franchisor SYNERGY HomeCare for an undisclosed sum, according to a release from mergers and acquisitions advisory firm Livingstone Partners, which advised in the deal. SYNERGY has about 140 franchisees operating in more than 300 locations nationwide, according to the release.
