Investment Firm Makes $65 Million Home Care Buy

Private investment firm Blue Wolf Capital will acquire National Home Health Care Corp. for $65 million, according to press reports. Scarsdale, N.Y.-based NHHC operates five subsidiaries across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Massachusetts, it says on its website. Capital One Healthcare is financing the New York-based equity firm’s purchase.
