Medicaid HHA Owner Draws Prison Time

After pleading guilty to Medicaid fraud last October, the CEO of a Charlottesville, Va. Medicaid home health agency has been sentenced to eight months in federal prison and three years of supervised release. Karlise In-Home Care CEO Amanda Moye Randolph pled guilty to fabricating records, as well as fraudulently claiming disability benefits, the Department of Justice notes in a release.
