Medicare Enrollment Application Fee Rises This Year

The fee for submitting your Medicare enrollment application, including for revalidations, has gone up. The price has gone from $560 in 2017 to $569 in 2018, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services says in a message to providers.
