New HHA Chain-Hospital Joint Venture Focuses On Hospital Readmissions

Gentiva Health Services Inc. and Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in North Carolina are partnering in a new joint venture. Wake Forest Baptist Health Care at Home will help patients of the hospital transition home safely and prevent readmissions, Wake Forest physician Pamela Duncan told the Greater Triad Business Journal.
