New Jersey Health Systems Merge Agencies

Hackensack Meridian Health and St. Joseph’s Healthcare System in New Jersey are combining their systems’ home health businesses, reports The Record newspaper. The agencies will become Visiting Health Services of New Jersey and VHS Hospice Services of New Jersey. The Hackensack agency’s revenues totaled about $75 million last year while St. Joseph’s totaled about $11 million.
