Pediatric Chain Acquires Las Vegas Provider

Pediatric home care provider Epic Health Services Inc., a portfolio company of Webster Capital, has acquired Las Vegas-based private duty provider Spring View Home Health Care, Dallas-based Epic says in a release. Epic has about 17,000 employees in 18 states, it says. The acquisition coincides with the rebrand of Option 1 Healthcare Solutions to Epic Medical Solutions, the company adds.
