Qui Tam Suit Against Texas Provider Fails

Not every whistleblower suit costs providers. Afederal judge has dismissed a whistleblower lawsuit alleging Medicare fraud by Nurses to Go, a Texas hospice, and related companies, reports Reuters. The suit claimed the provider defrauded Medicare by admitting ineligible patients and by failing to recertify them, according to the news service.
