Check Out PPH And More Updated Data On Care Compare

Your latest Home Health Quality Reporting Program data is up on Medicare’s Care Compare website, thanks to the October refresh. Reminder: The October refresh adds a new claims-based measure for public reporting, Potentially Preventable Hospitalizations (PPH). And it removes an OASIS-based measure, Drug education on all medications provided to patient/caregiver, CMS notes in a message to providers.
