County Sells HHA But Retains Hospice

One North Carolina county is getting out of the home health business. Craven County is selling its home health agency’s assets to Pruitt-Health Home Health Inc., reports the New Bern Sun Journal.  Georgia-based PruittHealth is buying the assets, most notably its Certificate of Need, for $850,000, the Sun Journal says.
