Do This To Get Another RA

It won't do you any good to request a copy of a remittance advice if it's within 90 days of the electronic RA, HHH MAC CGS informs providers on its website. Why? CGS has seen an increase in providers requesting duplicate RAs, it says. "Providers should be aware that if you are set up to receive Electronic Remittance Advices (ERAs), the ERA file is available for you to download from a GPNet mailbox for 14 days, and may be requested to be made available within 90 days of the date of the ERA," the MAC says. Therefore, "you need to contact the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) department to request the ERA to be loaded to your mailbox" within the 90-day timeframe, CGS instructs.
