HH Final Rule Technical Corrections Make Changes

Nobody’s perfect, and that certainly goes for CMS too. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services has published a list of technical corrections to its 2024 home health final rule in the Jan. 31 Federal Register. The corrections largely amend dates and grammar, spelling, and punctuation isssues. The three-page notice is at www.govinfo.gov/content/ pkg/FR-2024-01-31/pdf/2024-01094.pdf.
