Hospices Finally Get A Look At Their Data For New Measures Hospice Care Index, Visits In Last Days Of Life

At long last, hospices are getting some data for two new Hospice Quality Reporting Program measures. “Agency-level hospice Quality Measure (QM) reports now include claims-based measures,” the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services says in a new message to providers.
