Medicare Reconfigures LCDs

See the more than 100 diagnosis codes added to the upcoming updates to the Local Coverage Article: Billing and Coding: Home Health Occupational Therapy (A53057) and Local Coverage Article: Billing and Coding: Home Health Physical Therapy (A53058).
