Nurse Owners Sell Decades-Old Agency

A former hospital executive has purchased Tyler, Texas-based Genesis Homecare & Hospice, reports the Tyler Morning Telegraph. Oran Ferrell III bought the majority interest in the 20-year-old agency from co-founding nur-ses Susan Sharp and Stephanie Smitson, the newspaper says.
