OASIS Waiver Granted In Puerto Rico, USVI

In a tragic scenario that has become all too familiar in recent weeks, HHS Secretary Tom Price issued Public Health Emergency declarations for Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands effective Sept. 17 and Sept. 16, respectively. Blanket waivers apply for certain Medicare requirements, including for home health agency OASIS data transmission deadlines.
