Oklahoma Hospice Pays Modest Settlement To Settle Fraud Charges

A Tulsa, Okla. hospice has agreed to pay $48,830.70 to resolve allegations that it submitted false claims to Medicare for hospice care provided to beneficiaries who did not qualify for the services.
